Mongolian Beef Recipe

Chinese food is a favorite around the world, but there’s a big difference between the Chinese food at the mall food court or all-you-can-eat buffet, and home-cooked Chinese food. Bobby over at blogchef.net has posted his recipe for Mongolian Beef, and it is definitely not mall food.

Ingredients
1 lb flank steak
¼ cup cornstarch
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
½ teaspoon ginger (minced)
1 tablespoon garlic (minced)
½ cup soy sauce
1/2 cup water
½ cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons rice wine
½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
2 green onions (sliced)
1 medium onion (sliced)

Red Velvet Rolls

The best of Red Velvet Cake and Cinnamon Rolls in one happy little baked package. Inspired by Ree Drummond’s Cinnamon Rolls and Paula Deen’s Red Velvet Cake.

1 pint Buttermilk

2 teaspoons No-Taste Red Food Dye
2 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder

FOR THE FILLING:
1 cup Butter, Melted
1 cup Sugar

3 cups Powdered Sugar

Biscuit and Sausage Gravy Casserole

Biscuit and Sausage Gravy Casserole Recipe ~ a crescent bottom crust and a flaky butter biscuit top. It is peppery, creamy, and a Southern breakfast favorite!

1 lb of Sage flavored sausage
1 sweet Vidalia (or large yellow) onion, diced
4 tbs flour
2 cups milk
